I bring together a corporate background in HR and workplace training with lived experience of burnout, recovery, and nervous system regulation. I understand pressure, performance, and workplace dynamics not just in theory, but in real environments where expectations are high and capacity is often stretched. I don't teach mindset as a concept - I teach it as a skill that has been used, tested, broken, and rebuilt in real world adversity. Everything I share has been applied under uncertainty, high stress, and survival level pressure, not just success.
My work sits particularly well alongside fitness, performance, and high-output environments where the body is trained daily, but the mind is often expected to cope alone. I support individuals and teams to recalibrate mentally, improve focus, regulate stress, and build resilient internal capacity so performance is sustainable, not exhausting. This works bridges mindset, recovery, and nervous system awareness, helping people perform without burnout.

This is not a walk on the beach. It's a nervous system reset. A guided Blue Health experience designed to help you drop out of overthinking, pressure and burnout and return to a grounded, steady state using the ocean, breath and body-based practices. This session is for people who feel mentally overloaded, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in survival mode, and who want a practical way to reset.
This immersive workshop is designed to help you recalibrate your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with yourself through gentle, nature-based practices. Using evidence based Blue Health principles, simple somatic tools and lived experience, you will learn to:

Half-Day Session
This isn't mindset theory. It's mindset under pressure. Mindset in Motion is a practical, embodied workshop for people who know what they should be thinking - but who struggle to apply it when life gets hard.
This session focuses on how to regulate, reframe and respond in real time. Using Blue Health principles, movement, and simple mental resets that can be used in everyday situations, not just in calm moments. Designed for people who feel mentally strong until stress hits, those who get stuck in negative loops, self-doubt or overwhelm, and for those who are ready to stop talking and start doing. You will learn to:
Interrupt unhelpful thought patterns as they arise
Reset your mindset through body-based and environmental cues
Use Blue Health as a mental anchor during challenges
Build mental flexibility and resilience

Recalibrate: Express & Release - £97
Half-Day Session
Some stories don't need polishing. They need releasing. Express & Release is a powerful creative writing workshop for women who feel full of thoughts, stories, lived experience, or words that have never quite had a place to land.
Led by a bestselling author and Certified Blue Health Coach, this intimate workshop combines grounded writing practice with the proven impact of nature on creativity, focus and emotional release. This is not about perfect grammar or being 'a writer'. It's about giving shape to what's been carried, and learning how to move it forward with clarity and confidence.
This session will offer beach-based writing immersion where the ocean becomes both the backdrop and the anchor, helping you to access ideas, memories and insights without forcing them. You will learn how to begin, what to write first, and how to shape raw material into something meaningful, whether that's a book, a body of work, or the start of your voice.
I will be sharing clear, practical guidance on the self-publishing process, what actually matters, and how to move forward without getting overwhelmed. This session will also bring us indoors to a reflective space to ground and share what's been written (only if you wish), and we will reconnect over a nourishing lunch.
Limited to 6 women per session for depth, safety and personalised support. With equal parts creative freedom and practical direction. This is not about becoming someone new. It's about expressing what's already there, and releasing what no longer needs to be carried.
You don't need permission to write, just space, structure and the courage to begin.
This is where expression becomes movement.
