Blue spaces have always been my sanctuary, helping me process my trauma and find clarity through the noise of life. Journaling became a key part to my daily healing, giving me a space to reflect, release and reconnect with myself. It's this super cool concept that's all about how hanging out near water, like the ocean, lakes, or even rivers, can actually boost your well-being. When you're relaxing by the water and soaking in those vibes, your stress levels drop, and you naturally feel more zen.
