TURNING PAIN INTO PURPOSE
Healing & Wellness Journaling
Whether you're navigating your own struggles, seeking mindfulness, or simply craving a moment of stillness, these journals are designed to support and inspire you on your journey, just as they supported me on mine. The combination of the serene blue hues, ocean covers, and the focus on topics such as resilience and self-belief, sets these journals apart from the rest. Not only are the journals aesthetically appealing with their tranquil ocean imagery, but they also serve a deeper purpose of promoting well-being and positivity. Using my own photos of Cornwall to make the covers as eye catching as possible, and packed full of positivity and useful tools, these journals form part of my own story of healing and overcoming the most difficult journey of my life.
Packed with positive affirmations, weekly check-in pages, gratitude summary pages, goal setting for the following year, and sections for notes, this is a fab weekly journal.
Healing affirmations, weekly reflection pages, vision board & mindfulness exercises, healing summaries & dream trackers and space for notes, this journal is packed with supportive tools.
Helping you to identify any triggers, with beautiful affirmations, weekly reflections, a self-care checklist, self-care reflection questions, and plenty of pages for notes.
Includes a habit tracker, monthly planners, goal sections, weekly reflections, mindfulness colouring, gratitude reflections, and a goal planner for the following year.
Blue Health
So, this probably isn't the first time you've heard people raving about "blue health," right? As a certified Blue Health Coach, I love discussing Blue Health, and sharing how being on or near the water is so good for both your mental and physical health.
It's this super cool concept that's all about how hanging out near water, like the ocean, lakes, or even rivers, can actually boost your well-being. When you're relaxing by the water and soaking in those vibes, your stress levels drop, and you naturally feel more zen.
It's about how being near water can make you happier, more serene, and even give your mental health a solid high-five. It's nature's way of saying, "relax, I got you."
So, next time you're feeling a bit off, maybe skip the sofa and hit the beach or a nearby lake or river. Trust me, it's a game-changer for your mind and soul.
