Life can take us to unexpected places... sometimes to rock bottom, and sometimes to breathtaking heights.

At the end of 2022, I found myself homeless and facing the darkest chapter of my life, but through that struggle, I discovered something extraordinary: the power of starting over.

Hi, I’m Natalia. I share my story to reach anyone who feels lost, broken, or unsure of what’s next. After overcoming childhood trauma and a diagnosis of CPTSD, I started rebuilding my life with nothing but a vision and the will to rise. Finding strength in the wild beauty of Cornwall’s coastline — I’ve turned survival into something deeper: a journey of growth, healing, and hope.

For years, beneath a successful corporate career, I carried a quiet belief that I wasn’t enough. I overworked, overgave, and accepted less than I deserved in both my business and personal life — desperate to feel worthy, needed, and seen. It took losing everything to realise the truth: I was never broken. I just needed space to heal and rebuild in a way that felt real.

This website is a reflection of that journey — from childhood trauma to homelessness to bestselling author, and now Blue Health Specialist. I’m one of less than 100 certified blue health coaches in the world, using nature-based wellbeing to help others find clarity, calm, and reconnection — especially in blue spaces like the ocean, rivers and lakes. Blue Health has been my lifeline — a way to ground, reflect, and rediscover who I am.

I also partner with aligned brands to create story-led content that uplifts and connects — especially for audiences over 40 who are often overlooked in the digital space.
